LEADERS OF TOMORROW Bootcamp in Rome

Project Summary:
The project aims to equip young people and youth workers with essential skills like leadership, project management, and social inclusion to enhance their effectiveness in youth work.
It addresses skill gaps by fostering a learning environment that incorporates digital tools and non-formal education, with a focus on marginalized youth.
Additionally, it promotes international collaboration, encouraging transnational networks and entrepreneurial initiatives.
The project also provides European-recognized certifications, such as Youthpass, to boost career prospects and ensure a long-term impact on youth work quality.

Participants:
- 4 youth workers, volunteers, or individuals aged 25 to 35 working and/or interested in working with young people.
- Dates: 16th - 21st May 2025 (Working days: 17th - 20th May).
- Venue: Palazzo Valentino and Campidoglio, Rome, Italy.

Economic Rules:
For this Transnational Meeting, the coordinator will organize accommodations and meals.
Participants must cover their transport expenses in advance.

Travel Budget per Country:
- Spain: 369€ per participant
- Greece: 276€ per participant
- Malta: 261€ per participant
