- Increasing recognition of self-development, reflection, and introspection in youth work

About the Course:
This course offers a deeper understanding of human psychology, mental struggles, and emotions in connection with personal and youth work experiences.
It allows participants to improve competencies such as facilitation, resource management, communication, collaboration, networking, empathy, and self-acceptance.

About the Programme:
Based on concepts like shadow work and internal family systems, the course will guide youth workers through self-discovery.
Activities will focus on analyzing triggers affecting daily life and work, combined with practical exercises for expression and emotional release.
